Title: referral problem

Please help. I received credit for my referral first complete offer, but not for the referral.
Can you please help.

u might want to open a support ticket.. They might be able to help you there. Otherwise.. I think you might be screwd.  :BangHead:

Have they confirmed their account?  This happens a lot, especially since the confirmation email can end up in the Spam folder.  Make sure they check, they can ask for a resend if they need to.

If they do not confirm the email, you will not get credit. Probably 20% of my referrals either do one offer and never confirm offer, heck, I have referrals that don't do either.
