I go to sleep around 4 am or 5 am every day!

It's usually close to midnight. I try to read some every night before I turn out my light. Then I start waking up about 5:30 or 6:00 AM :wave: :wave:

I go to sleep about 12 midnight and usually wake up at 6 am :thumbsup:

I have a really difficult time getting good quality sleep. I tend to fall asleep anywhere from 1:00AM to 3:30AM. :sad1:

Most of the time it's about 1 am. Sometimes though it's earlier, like 12 or so. It depends on the kind of day I had. If it was really busy, and I am beat, I will head to the bed around 12 am, otherwise, if I still got a lot of pent up energy, it won't be sometimes til like2 or 3 am.

It all depends on what time my 16 month old daughter goes to sleep. I wake on depending early unless her daddy gets home to get her so I can sleep a little later.

It was around midnight but then I started having to get up early to take d/h to work. So now its earlier...if I make it.

I usually go to bed at about 11 or 12 at night, then try waking up 8 hours later. It's really important for me to get my 8 hours of sleep!

Any where between 11 pm to 1 am. I wake listening to the birds before the crack of dawn. Get up sometime after sunrise. Can't understand why I am so tired. ???

Usually between 1-3am... I would stay up later if I could since I'm a night owl but I have to wake up at 8am :P

my sleeping patern always changes but on an average about 10pm

My sleeping schedule changes a LOT !!!! But lately it seems to be around 12 or 1 and waking up whenever i get up which for some reasons seems to be early like 6 or 7

I go to bed at 10 pm and listen to music ,surf the internet on my itouch and then go to sleep

I usually get to bed about midnight and sleep 6 or 6 and a half hours. That seems to be my limit on sleeping anymore so if I go to bed too early, it is still dark out when I wake up. Old sucks for some very good reasons.

I usually go to sleep somewhere between 11pm and 1am everynight, I would like to go to sleep sooner because i am tired all day but I can never gat to sleep any time before that

I go to sleep around 1am during the week except for Saturdays. Then it would be 3am.

We go to bed around 9pm to 9:30pm each night. We are both up around 5am and both work long days. On the weekends, we do stay up later and do sleep in, but sometimes it is hard to sleep in.

I try for between 12 and 1am

On the nights i work I try to go to bed around 12 midnight to 1 am unless i am up longer for homework. On the nights I have off im normally in bed by midnight. I work from 3 pm to 11 pm

I try to go to sleep around 11:30 to midnight and up at 6 am, Monday- Friday. I try to sleep longer on Saturdays if I can, but right back to getting up at 6 on Sunday.

Some nights I work until 11 (at home), but I almost always go to sleep at midnight or later every night.

Here I am 30 years old and I am going to bed around 10pm or sometimes before that. I try (emphasis on the word "try") to get up around 4:30 am or 5 am, no later. I like to start my day early, usually before my son wakes up. This gives me 3 hours for "Me" time and to be able to workout and do computer and house work and get breakfast ready. I like to be able to have a lot of spare time during the day, so my son doesn't feel ignored in any way.
On weekends, though I will usually stay up later than 11pm when my husband and I watch movies and talk endless hours before bed....hahaha!!

I enjoy the nights so I usually don't go to bed until around 2 a.m.

i try to go to sleep around 11, but you know how that goes, (sometimes you win and sometimes you loos)

My sleep schedule is all over the place, but I'm definitely a night owl. I consider an early night to be getting to bed at 2:00 a.m.

11:30pm almost every night, like clockwork. But I start getting ready for bed (shower and such) before that.

I don't think I ever really go to bed at the same time. Majority of the time I'm up until early morning hours (5-7am) and then go to sleep, IF I even get to. My sleep cycle is severely screwed up. I have horrible insomnia & other problems that make sleeping very difficult. :(

It usually around 11-11:30pm before I get to bed at night! Its only until that time that I truly have time to myself!
