turkey burgers and slaw sound REALLY good!
i'm a turkey burger freak, now that i've discovered
ground turkey meat. it tastes about the same (with
some good seasoning) and so much less fat.
i've actually never, ever made my own coleslaw though!
that's something on my recipe list to tackle though  :P

its nearly 10:30pm and i've yet to decide on what to
eat. i had panera bread earlier on my lunch break at
work (can you say overpriced? sigh).

the frozen digorno is about all we have left right now.
i'll probably fix that in a bit, but i'm not too excited about it.

Hmm...what's for dinner... Well, I must say that I haven't thought that far ahead just yet. Might just make some deluxe mac & cheese with mashed potatoes or baked potato. Or I'll likely end up going a much quicker route & making pbj or grilled cheese. Currently don't have a lot of options.

I bought some Italian sausage at walmart yesterday and I've got some Philly cooking creme so might do a baked pasta. Need red and green peppers though and some garlic bread.

If no-one has ever tried It you should. It's so yummy and the plus side Is If you have leftovers they will not dry out due to the cooking creme.

I made my turkey burgers with bread crumbs, an egg, adobo seasoning and parsley. The slaw was from Publix...I don't make my own either.  :P

I think I'll put a chicken breast in my little George Foreman Grill and fix a green salad to go along with it.  I've had my George for years and haven't used it much till lately.  It's so easy to do the chicken that way.
