 you shoud get a ticket for talking if you are driving on the phone

I think it is very dangerous for people to talk on their cell phone while driving. I have been in a few situations where a driver was talking on a cell phone and almost ran into me. I think talking on a cell phone whether or not you use a hands free device can be dangerous because it distracts you and keeps your focus of the road.

I live in Oregon and it is against the law to talk on your phone while driving and in certain safety corridors the fine doubles. The base fine is $250.

Many states have laws against cell phone use (text, talk) unless it is hands free. Texting is really more of a problem than talking. I have a speaker box which slides onto my sun visor. It is the neatest thing. Best 40 bucks I ever spent  :wave:  :angel11:  :angel12:
