Title: Do you love Hawaii?

   :heart:  I love the Hawaiian islands-my fav vacation spot on earth. My #1 is Big island because it is so large, diverse, and less "touristy" What's yours?

I used to live on Oahu and the last few days I have thought about it.  I miss it sometimes.

I am hoping that sometime in my life I can go to Hawaii, I've seen lots of tv programs and pictures and I'm sure it does the islands no justice.

I have never been to Hawaii. Had a couple chances to go, but everyone says the humidity is really high. Not good environment for my lungs. I've been to Alcapulco twice though. Kinda high humidity there also at different times of the year. I remember getting off the plane (at night), and the humidity hitting me square in the face. It smelled like flowers though which was really nice.

Last time I went, it was off season, and the humidity was a bit better. Got the best tan of my life on the beach. Went para sailing...a blast!  In the middle of being "tressed up", with all the harness's and straps, they shove a "no-harm" clause at you to sign....lol Gotta keep themselves protected. However, if you say no, then you gotta get out of all the "trappings" they just strapped you into. Seeing the coastline at that height was beautiful. Wish I'd filmed it. If it didn't cost so much, I would have done it over and over.

I have been to Hawaii once, and I loved it.  I was on the Big Island.. the time change was little hard to get used to so would suggest to stay for atleast 2 weeks.  I hope to get back there someday.. the flight was long from here in CT.

I don't know about the other islands but I didn't find this to be the case on Oahu.  It was not humid at all to me.  Hot yes but not humid but I come from a very humid place so I guess what other people consider humid to me is nothing.

I have a dream of going someday with my hubby if I ever get one hahaha. I went to Hawaii with my Mom, Aunt, and little sister when I was about 13. We went to visit my oldest sister who had been living there at the time. She was stationed there for the Navy. 13 is a really bad time to go to Hawaii, I was all self conscience and didn't want to do anything....because you know how it is with some 13 year olds haha ...but for me I was chunky and didn't want to be seen in my swimming suit and since it's so warm there you couldnt wear much else so all I wanted to do was stay in the hotel room. I really need to go again sometime as a grown up hopefully someday when I get married...

I've never been there, and it doesn't interest me at all. The only thing I would find interesting would be Pearl Harbor, because I'm really interested in WWII history. But from watching Hawaii Five-O, it seems like it's all commercialized, with too many people, and doesn't look even remotely enticing. Some of the pictures of the ocean look great, because I like the ocean, but I'd only like it if I could find a beach with no people! Anyway, being a tropical place, they probably have huge spiders, and other gross things like that.

I haven't been there. I'm not sure I'll get there. There are other places I'd like to get to first.

I have a friend from hawaii, she was really nice and pretty and told us stories of her having lots of fun there. I wish I could visit hawaii one day.

I hate to say it, but I have never been either. I have been outside the country a few times, but haven't seen all of OUR great states. I do hope toget thesre one day though. I hear it's beautiful- but also expensive!

I have never been to Hawaii, but, would love to go.   I really enjoy beaches and looking out into the ocean - so relaxing!

Went to Hawaii in 1979.  Would love to go again.  Would love it more if Tom Selleck was still there.

I used to want to live there. But, I  am just a little afraid of volcano eruptions. Same with California.....it looks nice .....you never really know if it would be right for you.

 i think its beautiful there and i have had the luxury of knowing a whole lot peole fromthere and they are all so freindly and call evey one bro and sister
