I dont think I could live much farther away from where I was born unless I moved to a different country. I was born in California and now live in South Carolina.

I was born in the far west Texas town of El Paso and currently live in the suburbs of the Dallas - Ft. Worth metro mess which is certainly more than 100 miles east of El Paso give or take about 600 miles or so.

I was born in Chicago, and I live in a completely different state now, about an 8-10 hour drive, depending on which path we drive through Indiana (the corn fields can be scary, especially when you grew up watching Children of the Corn...lol).
Gaylasue, I'm in KY as well... have you seen the Moonbow or visited the covered bridges? Any other suggestions in KY? My family and I are always looking for a new adventure. We've done Cumberland Gap, Cumberland Falls (hence the Moonbow), Mill Springs, some of the covered bridges, and live within an hour of Natural Bridge. I did quite a bit of travelling in college, but I have yet to find another state as exciting as KY.
