Title: Any Ideas to keep the kids entertained on these hot summe days>

I have a 2 1/2 year old and a three month old so Im kinda limited to all the things I can do outside. We have awful humidity here and its lately been in the hundred everyday. I am slowly losing my mind ( ha ) with how wild my toddler is becoming from being cooped up in the house. I take them to the neighbors pool a few days a week in the late evenings but I think that is actually not as exciting as it once was. Any ideas would be great and super helpful.
