Ok, I have completed many of the offers/surveys and they have not been credited to my account. Can someone please explain why this keeps happening??

One of the most common reasons for not crediting is if you don't leave the page open that states that you finished said offer/survey. Sure there is the anomaly from time to time, but make sure you don't just exit out of the completion page until you see that you have been credited. Best of luck to you.

You may already know these things but always leave the browser open for 5-10 minutes after you get the "thank you for completing this survey" page. Also, always make sure you delete your cookies before each new one you do. The offers, make sure you do every part of them until it tells you that it went through. Sometimes you have to do the confirmation email as well. There is a few offers that just don't credit, but that's not Fusion Cash's fault. If we don't get paid, they don't either. But most of the time they should give you credit. Some take longer than others. They daily surveys have always been good at giving credit for as long as I've been doing them. Lately there have been a few glitches and there's been quite a few times I haven't received credit from Survey Head, but I hope they are working on this.
