i am a little of both, since i enjoy doing things in the summer and in the winter

Been over 100 almost everyday and too hot to do anything. I love winter...keeping warm inside. My favorite time of the year is Thanksgiving through Christmas.

I hate cold weather, snow and winter. It's depressing. I hate being cold. I hate snow. I hate when the sun sets at 5pm. There is nothing good about winter.

I went down to Dallas, TX in June for a week to visit family and everyday I just loved this hundred degree weather. Call me crazy...but after my 8 month winter....I was definitely ready for some hundred degree weather! Winter is the worst!

Unfortunately, I live in Southern Minnesota so I get LOTS of
winter weather!

I do like the change of seasons we have. But I would prefer
not so many months of cold weather. The snow is fun to play
in when it is warm enough to be "sticky" so we can make
snow sculptures as a family.

And I loved to snowmobile and sit by the fire. Now I'm really starting to enjoy summer. I love taking the kids to the beach or just out by the pool, or being able to be outside doing anything whenever you want. But I really have to say, I don't think I would like having either one all the time. I live in Maine, and I love it that we have four good seasons.

Post by: debidoo on November 24, 2011, 09:49:26 pm: If an answer between the two must be made - I would say winter I guess, I live in Florida and there isn't much difference between the seasons but I don't like to be blazing hot and that is the summer weather in Florida and that requires high electric/cooling bills for the most part. Usually however it doesn't get cold enough to use the heat all that much although it does happen from time to time. :binkybaby:

I do like winter just for Christmas, but would like more warm weather than cold. I live in Iowa and we can get some pretty extreme weather patterns, but overall I enjoy the 4 seasons and look forward to each one.

The first snowfall is always depressing for me, but after its here for awhile I guess I just get used to it. Our summers are not very hot as we have the lake and the north wind to keep us air conditioned.

I'm a spring, winter and fall person. I love using my snow shovel in the winter. Shoveling snow is my winter sport because I don't ski anymore. The season I could live without is summer because anything warmer than 80 degrees makes me feel like I want to choke someone. :o

Can't stand winter because you have to put on all those layers of clothes just to go outside. Also, it seems like I can never get warm enough. On the other hand, with summer, I just throw on a t-shirt and shorts and I'm out the door. No layers to put on. Give me summer any day.
