My first preference is always pure veg food. once in a week i like to eat non-veg food. How about you guys?? like veg or non-veg??

One of my best friends was strictly a vegetarian for a while, untill she started to pass out on a daily basis, I am a protein eater myself. Why deny my ancient ancestory, which ate all kinds of animals AND fruits and vegetables? :dontknow:

Veggies does a body good!
-
Veggies are good so long as meat/fish/fowl goes with it!

Vegetarian ofcourse.....i only eat seafood.

Actually a true Vegetarian will not eat any meat (fish is a meat), a true vegetarian will not eat any product with meat or meat biproduct in it, which means milk, cheese etc. To be a true vegetarian, it really is not healthy because as a human you need the protein for strong bone and memory, If you do away with all protein items you will actually make yourself susuptible to anemia and a multiple of other unhealthy diseases.

I do love my vegetables, fruit and salad. But I do have to have my chicken, fish too.I also eat meat every week or so.I tried eating vegetarian for a while but it just wasn't enough food for me. :peace:

i don't *always* eat meat with every meal,
especially on nights when i don't feel like cooking
because meat takes so long to thaw. if i plan a
meal ahead of time though, meat is involved.
sometimes i just stir-fry some veggies and make
a yummy veggie wrap! i love grilled mushrooms
because they're "meaty" ...i like to do different
things with pasta and vegetables, too.
so... both!

I can never give up meat completely. Beef yes but never fish or chicken.
-
I eat meat, and some fruits. I do not eat vegetables.
-
i love a veggie plate, but sometimes having meat with a meal is great too just depends on what i have. or how bad i want to cook it.
-
I am vegetarian.....It is fun but you just have to explore with other foods and flavor to make it tasty

I am a non veggie person I eat vegtables but I have to have my meat. I like to eat a balance meal and of course junk food.
-
I prefer to eat meat....although I try to cut back on the amount of pork and red meat I eat. I tried going vegetarian once and no dice...not for me!

I am a meat and potatoe kind of guy. I don't like veggie that much but I do like green beans and a fesh salad but siser in law makes me eaut thats only because she cares, she does make sure I get my salads because I really like salads. She says I need to eat healthier and I am a little over weight so I try to listen.

I am not a vegatarian I do eat meat but I like my vegatables too. I watch my weight so vegatables are important to me as well.
-
I'm not a vegetarian, but I do believe I should always have some type of vegetables, tofu, etc. in my diet. Also, the Hot Dog on a Stick's veggie type dog is pretty good (some veggie burgers at other places have been horrendous).

I eat NO Meat, NO Chicken, No Fish, NO Eggs. I did try for a year or two to go without cheese, but then I started feeling bad more so started eating cheese which I do eat alot of now. Also, Milk? Can do without it, I will eat cereal with it and also use it for baking/cooking.

Every person I know that went totally vegetarian (vegan) has gotten seriously ill. The human body uses protein to build and maintain muscle. The protein from beans and other veggies is not enough.
-
I'm not a vegetarian, nor would I ever be. I feel a balanced diet is best. Meat isn't completely unhealthy, and I like a good amount of vegetables in my diet as well.
-
I am a vegetarian but not a vegan. I eat seafood and fish, eggs, and dairy products. I actually had all kinds of health problems when I ate meat. For the past 20 years have been relatively healthy. I have nothing against meat eaters. I even cook meat for my husband.
-
my opinion of veg food is my Grandma and Parents were solely vegetarians and my dad died of a heart attack and my mom and Grandma died of cancer. Seems to me healthy food didnt change that cancer struck my family when there were no prior cancer in the family. There is no safe way to eat and no safe food, we grew most of our food in the yard with no pesticides.

I can think of good reasons to become a vegetarian. (moral reasons) I just can't give up meat. And just so you know, someone who eats no animal products at all is a vegan, not a vegetarian. And there actually are other ways to get protein.

Both vegan & non-vegan! Vegan is very tasty & healthy too!
-
If you please, meat and veggies for me
-
non-veratarian
