I have a friend that went out to hit the club for a night out and bumped into her mom. She said it was totally akward and wants to tell her mom she is too old for the club scene her mom is like 40 but she had her when she was young. I think she is making up for her lost youth. When is it too old for clubbbing?
-
I'm a firm believer in the idea that you are only as old as you feel...so if you are 40, but feel like 20, then hit that club up!
-
There's an age limit for clubbing? If you want to have some fun and go clubbing, I say go for it.
-
I felt too old at 25. But that's because I don't drink anymore, and I've never liked dancing. I don't feel old, it's just not my scene anymore.
-
You are only as old as you feel thats what i say
-
There's no age limit on having fun.
-
You are never too old because chances are the person who owns the club is old or is financed by an old person.
-
:notworthy:   i think it is a age limit in general. like if you have teenagers watching your child just so you can go out, You know suppose to be at home with your child. When you got to the club just to fight and you pass 30, you too old for the club seen.. that is just me thinking.. i know older people go out, but im just saying that when you pass 30, you should not be in the club that your children go to.. Im saying... :bs:
-
NAW..... I THINK PEOPLE SHOULD DO WHAT THEY WANT. AGE IS UNLIMITED  SO ITS HAVE FUN
-
I think it is different for everyone. Me I became too old at 24. Others may not reach that point until much later in life. I think once you have kids, you are too old.
-
Kind of depends on the club....You guys act like you think we should all be over the hill and stay home after 40, sorry about that......not going to happen.
-
It just depends on the person. I am only 25 and I feel too old to go clubbing, but I have a lot of friends that are 26-28 and they go almost every weekend. I think it's because I am more of family person and I like being outdoors like at a park or lake rather than being in a club or bar.
-
that's an easy answer!! You are too old for clubbbing!! when you ask When is it too old for clubbbing? :D
-
I've never even been to a club, sad I know....
-
I'll be too old when I'm old enough to go. Cheers!
-
Never. Live life until you die.
-
i dont think theres an age limit. i saw a very older looking man at the club twice. he was having a blast
-
It's never too old to party. (:
-
you are too old to go clubbing when you can find your daughter at he same place!!! lol i think that is absolutely ridiculous . You are suppose to set an example for your daughter not try to be like her. If i was in that position I wouldn't even know what to do. It embarrassing to find your mother at the same club you are at but it is also weird to let your mom know she is too old for clubbing. Tell your friend I said GOOD LUCK!!!
-
I DONT THINK THAT YOU ARE NEVER TO OLD TO GO CLUBBING ON MY 41ST BITHDAY IM HITTING ONE WHICH WILL BE OCT152011. OH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
-
I think I'm too old, because I would have to takea nap before I could go out clubbing. I'll still go if my friends insist but if I don't have my nap beforehand I'm asleep in the car by midnight! :icon_rr:
-
I think one is too old for clubbing when it's no longer a fun activity for yourself - and that could be at any age depending on the individual. Some may never go, some may quit after college, some may party down on their 100th birthday (Go Grandma! Go Grandma! ;D)
-
I think once you know you're past your prime it's time to stop acting like you're old enough.
-
Ok who ever said there was a age limit to go to the club? I have been in the club and seen 60 and 70 year old men trying to look up young girl's skirts! There is a minimum age requirement I personally believe there should be a maximum age limit too. But hey, I won't look down on a older person trying to get their groove on.
-
When you leave your hip out on the dance floor? Noooo...you are as old as you feel. There are still some lively good looking "older" folks out there. I hope I will be so fortunate to keep going. So far at 47 I still look and feel good. Kudos to those "seasoned" club goers. :notworthy:
-
Well I haven't been clubbing since I was young, and I don't know if it was really clubbing or just dancing and drinking, most of them have older people, I think that once you are married, you should not be out clubbing, so probably it should be based on that, if you are single and 40 go for it, I will be 40, but certainly do not feel it one bit, and don't look it either. I actually got hit on my a 19 year old not too long ago, but I said I am too old for you and married, lol
-
If you dont feel to old your not too old
-
you're never too old to go clubbing as long as you keep it within your age range when it comes to your hitting on the opposite sex :-)
-
I think by the age of 45 you should stop going to clubs. You may want to start going to bars, lounges, etc. However, if there is a club out there that will accommodate your cohort group then I say go for it. Just don't go to a 18-25 year old club and your 50 years old. Definitely not a good look for you.
-
you are never to old to go out in the night life..im 33 and my mom goes out from time to time and has alot of young guys dance with her just cause they like the fact that she is out there doing her thing instead of staying home with the cats. ;)
-
I thought I was to old because the people in the clubs are so much younger than I am. One night I was trying to catch my daughter off guard for reasons I can't get into right now. So I walk into the bar she was at and WOW she and all her friends were happy to see me. Bought me drinks and everything. It was fun. I still go out on occasion but not like I used to. I just am not to comfortable doing these days.
-
Def. If your kids are old enough to be at a club, you don't belong at that club.
-
I feel that if you want to go out clubbing, then do it. I don't there is a certain age to stop going to clubs. You are only as old as you feel.
-
I say go out @ any age! There are clubs that cater to all ages these days. Some clubs have teen & tween nite! :dontknow: Just have fun, don't over-do it, be responsible, and don't cause/get into trouble.
-
If the mother is having fun, why not? I think the daughter is freaked out because it's her MOM---the person she goes clubbing to escape!!
-
i didnt know there was a age limit
-
Def. If your kids are old enough to be at a club, you don't belong at that club.
:) I agree.
-
Idk but if you go to a club when you are 40 years old that is totally wierd ;)
-
The clubs don't kick you out for being too old...only for being too young or too drunk! You are only as old as your mind makes you feel. I think that there are clubs that fit better for different age groups and would probably be more comfortable for more elderly people but drink from the joie du vivre! I think that there are plenty of people in their fourties, even fifties, that are absolutely hot. I partied with some fourty plus women when I was twenty...loved their self esteem!
-
NEVER. Your only as old as you feel. I love to dance and hang out with people. I watched a movie just last night on USA (Knocked Up..i think)..and there was a scene in it where the pregnant girl and her sister tried to get into a club and were not allowed in because one was prego and the other was too old.... :bs: If you wanna go clubbing..go for it. Enjoy Life!!!
-
no
-
Never!
I don't go to the club anymore because I don't like crowded places anymore. But if you like to go to the club and have fun there's no age limit
-
I only go to clubs that have bands that I like, which means all most all the bands I like only play clubs. I have never been to a dance club and I am 35. I think dance clubs are for kids who don't know better and adults who don't want to grow up. :binkybaby: All other clubs depend on what you are into and how long you want to stick with it.
-
And then will we also get to the point we are too old to go to movies or dine out. Makes no sense at all. But then, I'm old!
-
YR NEVER TOO OLD TO HIT THE CLUB , UNLESS YR AN OLD LADY.
-
IF YOU CAN MOVE THEN YOU CAN GROOVE... :icon_rr: 8)
-
Its not about age. if you are a young parent yes u do feel old but when ur kids grows up and starts living on their own, u will have too much on your have. I was a young mom, n now in my forties but i dont feel old. my children include me in anything when they have time. so dont let age stop you from going out. enjoy and be safe people, you only live one
-
Age I guess shouldn't matter, but that also depends on how comfortable the person feels if the predominant age are far younger than he/she is.
-
I agree. There's no age limit on having fun. If you want to go, then go, I say.
