Title: where is your favorite place to shop?
Post by: tigerlilly01 on September 23, 2011, 04:22:58 am: I love shopping but don't get to do it very often any more.... I like to find good bargins but there isn't many of them around anymore!

sometimes I go to big lots they have good and cheap toys as I am always buying toys for my daughters

I should just hide the dang card until I have my balance back down. Bet the company loves the interest they are getting from me. almost $4 a month for having a $200 balance. And next year it will probably be worst when I am buying things for me wedding. I just gotta remember to send them more than what I have charged.

I find that when shopping online you get to view things more organized and choose the exact things you want to shop for, such as accessories or shoes or long sleeve shirts. Plus online there is always promotion for free shipping or 15% off

Post by: AdamH1978 on September 24, 2011, 09:58:01 pm: Walmart for food shopping and Target for most everything else. Walmart is the cheapest, but I think Target offers more fashionable and higher end items for the family. If I'm shopping for electronics I shop on amazon or ebay.

Kohl's and Boscov's as dept. stores hands down. Don't get me wrong, I love JCP and Bloomingdale's too. Then there is DSW which is my candy store. I usually walk out with 2 or3, sometimes 4 pairs of shoes/boots. Ohhhh...decisions, decisions, decisions.... :sad1:

I am mobile but lots of walking wears me out. I also like to wait for UPS or Fedex - it's almost like Christmas opening the packages when they arrive!

We shop there whenever we are close to a base. Other than that, I am really liking to shop online! You can compare prices and read reviews and watch videos about products. It's just a whole new shopping experience.

Well I guess I am with the majority of FC people Walmart has it all I do go to different stores like Marshalls for clothes for me or TJMaxx they have great bargains on a lot of name brand items :thumbsup:

I will buy my clothes at Walmart but my kids clothes is usually from Gymboree (and sometimes the Children's Place). I love the matching clothes and accessories at Gymboree and they have "family matching clothing" for Christmas when or if you want to take family pictures. :thumbsup:
