Title: HEY CHRISTAMS IS CUMMIN!!! WHO GOT GIFTS IDEAS ALREADY???

 :notworthy: :sad1: :wave: :star: :angel12: i KNOW THAT I HAVE BEEN A WONDERFUL WIFE, AND I PLAN ON DOING SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR THE HUBBY. MY SON IS GETTING MORE OF WHAT HE NEEDS RATHER THAN WHAT HE WANTS THIS YEAR.  I PLAN ON MAKING IT ONE THAT WE WANT NEVER FORGET.  HOW ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE..

This year is a hard one because I need to stay within my spending plan.  I love giving gifts!!  One of the reasons I'm on a spending plan  ::)
I'm going to try and make some fun events or experiences happen instead of hitting the mall.  For example, I'm going to take my god-daughter on the train to see the lights downtown and get some cocoa from the vendors for her gift.  She loves it when we do "grown-up" stuff.  It's going to be hard not to charge stuff but I'm committed to getting out of debt.

Any other creative gift ideas out there?

I agree, and furthermore, what is "christams," and what does it mean that this thing is "cummin?"  I'm honestly confused, is that all supposed to be cute or are there really people out there who spell so badly?

I don't think about Christmas shopping until the last minute! Then I get stressed out because time's running out and I can't think of what to get for everybody!

Thankfully all my kids are out of the Santa Clause staged, so it has been much much easier.  They all pretty much picked one big gift they wanted and that was it.

To be truthful I have no idea at this point what gifts I am buying for Christmas; nonetheless, for whom I am getting them for.  I am excited however and need to get on the ball becasuse I know it will be here before "you know it".

well I'm broke as a joke, but thankfully my kids are young enough to not really know what they are missing.  I think the only thing I'm going to buy is a gift for the white elephant and I'm getting a fire proof safe because I would like to win it myself ---

My family is short on money this year, so we're making baked goods and I'm also planning on making some crafts for gifts.
My cousins are at an age that is appropriate for keeping a diary, so I'm going to make them hand-made diaries to write in.
