Just from the computer you signed up with. so if you signed up from your home computer then that is all you use. IP address must remain same. So if you go out of town you can't log in from any computer. Now with phone I don't know how they consider that. I suggest that you send in a support ticket if someone else doesn't know. You should be ok but just make sure you only log in from the computer that you sign-up from.

You can access your account from another computer, but you must be certain that NO ONE else using that computer has a Fusion Cash account.
If there is another account associated with that computer, then you both will be banned.
That is why it is recommended that you NOT use a public computer (library, hotel, work etc) to access your account. You just don't know who else might use that computer to access their FC account.
Don't know enough about using a mobile phone to access the web. Would depend on whether the connection is unique to you -- ask support and provide your connection information if you can.

Generally, it's recommended that you access your FC account from the only source that you originally signed up with because that would minimize the chances of one or more offers crediting to different accounts on the same IP address. Otherwise, technically you can access your FC account from different IP addresses as long as you're absolutely sure that no other FC account is associated with the IP address in question.
