So it sounds like you are looking at the offers clicked page. So they are telling you if you go to account it will show you received the credit. In my case, if I scroll down past the paid to click, daily email where I'm being referred to account I see offers I've clicked such as "Dream Horoscope    2011-08-28  Not Credited" meaning that I clicked on that offer on that day and either didn't receive credit from it or backed out of it and didn't receive the credit. Hopefully that makes sense!

When you click on your "Account" link at the top of any page in FC, it takes you to your account that shows all of the activity that has credited to your account.

If you click on the link in the middle of that page "all the offers you have clicked" you get another page that tyou have attempted and their status.  If the items has been credited or are offers that should credit instantly, it will say "Check Account instead"

On most daily activities where the credit process is quick, you will generally see the "Check Account instead" note and you should see the credit in your account.  If it is a daily item, with a CAI note, but it hasn't credited, it means there has been a problem and you just need to wait and/or contact support.

Since I only do the dailys, I only look at the account page to confirm that a credit has occurred.  If it hasn't, I give it some time to credit and if it still fails, contact support or write a note in the Forum to see if other people have had similar problems.  There are glitchs in the systems and sometimes knowing what works for other people will help get you credit on your PC.
