It depends but i tend to hold in everything i usually dont even talk to the people i am angry at sometimes they dont even know but yeah thats what i do but i dont think its healthy for me to keep it all in I need to work on that

I just drink a glass of water, and this somehow calms me down.

While I do this I ask God to comfort me and give me peace. By the end of the day I felt great within. It works try it something. :angel11: :wave:

i usually clean. if i'm upset, i can scrub until
i can eat off the floor. i automatically reach for
the sponge when i'm pissy :dontknow: lol, maybe
the negative energy is a boost and i have to do
something with it.

I cry, scream, yell throw things (that I don't like), take walks and eat enormous amounts of ice cream. Ben and Jerry are the kindest men I know. We all hurt sometimes and it's okay as long as you find an outlet that doesn't hurt anyone else. :)

Sometimes I yell, cry or just act like everything is fine. I usually don't hit or throw things. The last time I threw something was a few years ago I threw a head of lettuce at the floor. Afterwards I couldn't help but laugh because it seemed like such a crazy/silly thing to do. The poor lettuce didn't deserve it. Sometimes I remind myself of the times I have been upset and it gets my through this upset because in the scheme of things this little fight doesn't really matter much.

I talk loud at times.

I usually just pop in a movie or listen to some music and pretend I'm someone else doing something else. I have taken up tumblr though which helps a lot.

I never throw things when get upset. First of all I try to find the reason why i am upset. in case i fail to do that then i discuss that problem with my husband and my Mom, dad . After that i easily get overcome from the situation. Things make me more upset when i dont discuss with my people. Some time i cry when situation becomes out of control. :'( . Throwing things, breaking expensive household things is not a solution of any problem. In that case we do our won loss. tht's it. :)

Usually I will just quietly go for a walk around the block. Amazing how a long walk will help me put things pack in perspective.

I normally throw things, I used to slam doors. At work when I'm upset I crawl inside myself and shut down. I do not recommend that

I usually cry it out and I can also withdraw where I just want to be alone for a while until I feel better.

It really depends on the situation. Most of the time I try to just walk away from things and have a little alone time to think things through and to calm down.

If it is with another person and it is really serious I usually try to reconcile. I find it is better to get serious things off my chest and more often than not it strengthens relationships. It's another thing if I am upset at my self or slightly bothered by someone. I do tend to let a lot of things blow over. I guess it depends on my mood and the situation. Something that has almost always worked is to watch a movie or do something to get my mind off of it.

when im upset with the boyfriend I will start doing the dishes or go in the bedroom ,slaming the door ofcourse on watch the tv

When I am really really upset I am usually better off walking away until I cool down a bit ... That
way I don't say things that I regret and can not take back later.
If I am just mildly upset or irritated, I voice my opinion and then move on.

I think everyone and every situation when you're upset is different. Sometimes I just sit and talk to myself and try to get my thoughts straight to calm down and sometimes I just was to be with someone i love and forget about everything that is bothering me and just be with them and do anything to keep my mind off it. I think that works better most times. Hope you can find something to make yourself feel better.

I usually just walk away when I get upset. Years ago I would let people know but hollering or something. It just isn't worth it as it would just make me feel miserable. A nice walk with my headset on helps a bunch.

I either watch something funny on tv, go hang out with my friends, or working out seems to work well for me.

:wave:Wish I could just drink a glass of water . I usually talk to someone about what happened get a second opinion . And seek understanding . And try to think on something awhile . Befor I aproch an issue that I am upset over . So that I use the right choice of words . And can mean what I say and say what I mean .

I like to be alone in my room, and sometimes I scream or cry just to let my anger out. I tried to count to ten,but it just not work for me.
