when you’ve successfully completed the study they always say they enter you in the $50,000 giveaway. do you think anyone ever wins it?

Legally - I would think there has to be a winner if they advertise a Prize.

I believe that most sweepstakes have a place where you can leave your email address to be alerted to who the winner is. :)

I'm sure they do - if they don't, they wouldn't be allowed to advertise something like that.
