Title: time wasted...
Post by: solidacindy on January 28, 2009, 12:14:04 am
I just read the the fusion cash terms the other day. I realized only one account per household(earlier on I refered my mom and 2 sisters who live with me). I put in a support ticket explaining that so that maybe they could close the other accounts and have mine as the main account and just subtract what I made from refering them. The only thing they can say is...

We're sorry, but you signified that you had read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Terms of Service when entering membership with FusionCash. Because you violated the Terms of Service, which can be viewed here:
http://www.fusioncash.net/tos.php
your account is no longer eligible for cashout. We apologize for your loss of earnings.

This really isn't fair. I literally stayed on this site for hours trying to get some extra cash and apparently it was for no reason...

 I would have your family do other sites that they can do just on their own. That way, they can do it legally, and they can earn money too.

That's too bad, but rules are rules.  Sorry  :(

That is unfortunate.  I feel your pain as I live on a college campus so many of the people I could refer have the same address as me.   Not much we can do though.  There are other sites (not that I am encouraging the competition)   :angel11:

Yeah it would be fine to say that if I was aware of them. When I was aware of them I told them honestly about it and all they have is an automated message... This is money that I really needed. Nice... Well I see that maybe I should become a liar like everyone else in the world. This happens alot. the good will be treated bad and the bad treated like a king or queen. It's still amazing even though I've witnessed situations like that a million times.

Earlier on on this site I was told not to double or triple post by kohler and what's funny is that everyone and I mean everyone, you can spot that in a whole lot of posts... double and triple posting... I stopped right away, read the rules to be sure I'm doing things right... but once again... I'm the one in trouble. Yes and I know that I'm double posting, but I'm out right? Anyway even If I did modify no one really looks up at the top to see if it was modified and just something for improvement of the site... when someone modifies it should be in red or something. Otherwise no one will know.

I find that fusion cash has no sympathy. I had even sent another message and they sent the same automated message.

The world is a hellish one...
It's hard to stay happy and kind when things like this happen. At this moment I feel used. I helped fusion cash by doing offers and the moment something happens that should be simple to fix... I'm booted off. I wasn't be sneaky or anything, just honest. How about.. "It's ok this time. We'll update your account minus the refer earnings. Be sure to read the TOS next time though before you sign up with a company. There's alot of important information in it you should know right away."

But no. I've got an automated message: We're sorry, but you signified that you had read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Terms of Service when entering membership with FusionCash. Because you violated the Terms of Service, which can be viewed here:

Yeah, I didn't earn a dollar. I earned a good $42.50 if they took away the refer earnings. They're not sorry I lost it at all. It's just more for them.

i'm sorry. its a shame that it happen but if they were to do that for you, they would have to do it for everyone and i guess they don't want to do that, resetting everything and such. but i'm sorry once again.

I feel for you  some people need to do this to help pay bills or buy food.
to bad they will not give you another chance
everybody makes mistakes i should know i do it everyday.
some times rules are hard to understand
my advice to you is to keep emailing them.
if not try other sites one thing watch out for what site you sign up for
some sites take forever to approve you for the work you do for them if they approved you at all
i hope you can rejoin
that why i like this one they approve you right a way
just try to email fusion cash again and again maybe they might reconsider
if people did not make mistakes there will be no erasers on pencils
good luck to you

I understand the rule but it's very frustrating.

I'm very sorry that this happened but I suppose it was a lesson learned.

Next time have them sign up on different computers.  You can go to the library, school,  Kinkos or use a friend's.  Just make sure they are different computers with separate IP addresses.   Other sites are like this so just be aware that you might have to do that.

That sucks.  They should look at every individual situation, not just apply the rule to everyone!

That's just MEAN. Just because you read the TOS doesn't mean that you automatically remember everything on it. If you forgot ONE line of the TOS (which is easy) and ended up having your account banned because of that ONE LINE, I think you'd be pretty pissed off. But does that make you stupid? NO! I forget stuff and I've been told (I haven't exactly found out for myself) that my IQ is a little above average and I STILL forget stuff sometimes.
Next time, I wouldn't call someone stupid, since you apparently don't give much thought to your posts either. :bs:
