How long ago did they confirm the email address? I believe it takes 24-48 hours to credit.

Also, make sure that they definitely signed up from your unique referral link. Go to your Account page http://www.fusioncash.net/account.php (http://www.fusioncash.net/account.php) and look on the left hand side for the referral box to see if you have a confirmed referral there. If so, fill out a support ticket.
