Title: lose a 50 pounds in 3 months

hey everybody i would like to loose like 50 pounds in 3 months and i was wondering what your ideas were. whats the "easiest" ( i know there is no easier way to diet but the best one ) and fastest way to lose that way before my graduation.

The best way that I have found to lose that kind of weight is a consistent program that isn't too radical in nature.  Five to six meals every two and a half hours made up of a palm sized portion of protein(chicken breast) and another palm sized portion of carbohydrates(piece of fruit) works the best. A cup of coffee/tea and half of a grapefruit in the morning is a great way to boost your metabolism.  In addition excercise is a must.  At least thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity each day (running, biking, etc.) with light weightlifting thrown in three times per week.
