I started eating healthier, walking & doing exercises every other day.

We just bought a treadmill with our taxes! :D
I seen the infomercials on Insanity and it looks hard...
Keep us informed on how you are doing that’s awesome!! :thumbsup:
My husband and I talk about getting that, but I think for right now I’ll stick with the treadmill!!!

I watch television, eat ice cream and sleep in whenever I can. You should see the shape I'm getting into. :o

I run and lift weights. Tried the Insanity workout, and the name is not lying.

I need to eat better and become more active. I feel that if I start by walking everyday I will start feeling better. Then I could start to exercise.

i have done p90x but school got really busy. Now I am going to the gym to I get in shape. Unfortunately for me I am really lazy.

I am mixing P90x, insanity, and the old fashioned gym. Need to have a good balance of weight training and cardio. I also try to mix in some tennis and basketball as well.

When the weather is nice enough, I walk in the park and I've been trying to watch my diet and eat healthier.

About once a week I can I jog, do push-ups, sit-ups and stretch exercise.

I exercise at least 3 days a week.. some weight training, walking, stretching and eating healthy foods.

im staying active such as playing football and doing track and lifting weights

I stay in good round shape sitting on my chair in front of my desk. Not hard work. :angry7: :BangHead:

I eat healthy for the most part and go for jogs and mix in a little p90x. Thinking of trying out p90x2 when I get a chance.

Thanks for sharing the video oldbuddy. Was that you in the background? Sounds like her mind is in good shape too for 104 years old. :wave: :wave:

I do lots of cardio, (cycling, mountain biking, dirtbiking), but I've been trying to cut back and add more weights. All of the cardio is making me too skinny :( I just want to get toned!

I have been "healthy" for almost 8 years now. I exercise usually 5 days a week. It turns out I really like to run. Who knew, I used to be a super fat smoker alcoholic :D Anyway, I run a TON and am actually in training to run a 100 mile race. For example, yesterday I ran for 5.5 hours. I mostly watch what I eat, but since I exercise a ton I can still indulge and it's not a big deal.

Trying to eat healthier.I have osteoarthritis in my hips back knees and ankles.so walking can be difficult at times.But I keep on trying anyway.My granddaughters and daughter are using the wii just dance games.Looks like a lot of fun and may be easy on the joints.

I changed my diet completely last summer and sat out to lose weight, I lost 70 lbs since June. All I did was change my diet to mostly vegetables. I dont work out because of disabilities.

My treadmill is waiting for me to give birth and move into our new house. Then it will be that and chasing 3 young ones around.

Eating less and trying to work out three days out of the week. It is so hard, but I must do it and so should you.

I have always excercised, but I have started trying to eat healthier and better and cutting down on portion size.

I don't work out. I am at a good weight and don't having any problems with my weight. Loosing weight isn't hard to do if people are really motivated. So I can't understand people complaining because they want to lose weight and can't. If they really wanted to then they would.

I try to jog or run whenever I have time.
