What is Linsanity??
Jeremy Lin. He plays for the New York Knicks. He's been putting on a show lately in the basketball world

The kid is good... You don't luck up eight games in a row but now stoudemire and mello are back he's fitting into the point guard position nicely
-
I love the way he has come out this year and showed his talents. It only shows with a little given chance you can do anything and not just in sports but in anything you do in life.

ktheodos ~ I think, it's great about his sudden rise to the stars. I can't get over it, I just learned about him in the news 3 days ago. In the beginning he was like a really tall basket ball ornament sitting on the sidelines. I guess they didn't use him b/c they thought he was more of a brain than a basket ball player. Associating him with the Asian stigma in which they are all brains but zero sport skills. The day, when there was nobody left to beat the other team, the coach finally gave in & sent him in. & History was made! He literally below the other team out of the water! My big sis, has a total crush on him. He's perfect husband material. Who wouldn't want a cute, smart, athletic guy for a hubby. As for me, he's just too young & he's cute but when I look at him;he reminds of my 3 cute brothers! It would be incest! LOL! I just hope, he stays humble & not turn into another brat super star like britty spears.
GO, J-LIN! GOOD LUCK!!!!! :notworthy:  8) :peace:

I think it's great. He still has a lot to work on, but seeing a guy come from nowhere and have success is special.

This is a wonderful story and Lin has handled himself well and with dignity dealing with it all. The shame is that his talent was hidden so long by the bigotry that exists in professional sports.
It is exciting to watch him, see him developing and a team coming together to play good basketball. I am sure he is drawing many people back to the NBA and it came at a good time following the bitterness of the negotiations between players and the NBA. I say this with some sarcasm but I am still very happy for him.

Its nice seeing another team in the East get stronger. I think the East will have better teams coming into playoff
-
I been out of the loop for the last few weeks so I didn't get it either.

I don't follow basketball at all but even I know that he is something else. More power to him. :notworthy: :notworthy:

Flash in the pan

I wish him well. Teams will learn his weaknesses and better defend him. Still a great story. His rookie card just sold on ebay for $21,000.
-
too much hype for a guy who'slayed less than 20 games guess he's getting his 15 minutes of fame.
-
Just had to check and see what the heck Linsanity was. Thanks for the update.
-
I think he'll get respected now. For someone to come out of nowhere to take over the League for a couple of days I would too
-
I wonder how lin received so much publicity these days? Did it start from a rumor or badmouthing him one day? All I hear is linsanity this and linsanity that. Crazy world these days
-
i dont really follow basketball but anyone who does great in a sport is worth noticing
-
I am so happy for him. He is a very smart guy and it is his time to shine. I am not a sport person, but I love to see people winning.

Hopefully he will be a great upcoming basketball star for a long time. We have not had a good star lately that has not been killed by the media for something in his personal life.
