Oh my gosh...I live in Lexington Park. ;D I heard about that on the news. They were all from the same family and only one survived. They said today they for sure died because of the flu, but they don't know what type. Kind of crazy and scary.

That is scary. What a lost a whole family, I hope they find out what it was. I wonder if it was Anthrax.

Yes it is scary my daughters boyfriend knows the family and only lives 15 minutes from them

I live in Colorado. I don't keep up with the flu reports, but I can tell you that my kids have had a really bad time with a respiratory bug for more than a week. They've had 103 degree temps. Of course, the schools had to schedule their state testing this week. I'm still trying to figure out what to do. Can't send them to school, but they have to take these tests before March is out and 1/2 the month is spring break!

does the school know about it? they could probably set something
up for your kids after school hours in the library or closed off rooms
for them to take the tests in. i would call and ask to speak to the
vice principal about it. good luck!

When I was growing up the school would send a tutor to the homes to do these things. Guess they probably don't do this anymore.
