Who washes up with soap and who uses body wash? Well I prefer body wash over bar soap I feel cleaner when I use body wash St.Ives is good to use oatmeal and shea butter very good for your skin.

I prefer body wash to soap....lately I have a real "thing" against the slimy, soapy residue in the soap dish. So much easier with body wash - any kind as long as it smells good

I use both, but I prefer body wash. I like lavender because It has a sweet smell.

I use soap and no sponge, just straight on my body ;)

i prefer body wash, but my guy likes good ole' soap.
it works out if one of us happens to run out!
suave has some inexpensive, yummy smells for body wash :thumbsup:

i use both soap and bath wash. but i prefer to use bath wash. always bath wash unless i don't have none then i use soap but that's if i take a shower

I only use body wash, and a bath sponge. Victoria Secret and Bath and Body Works has great scents, and also anything with coconut and shea butter. Followed up with body butter and great smooth, soft skin.

I would much rather have bar soap over body wash!

I prefer using body wash, but I like having fancy bar soaps as decoration or occasional use.

As a former home health aide I can tell you that liquids are safer and healthier than bars. You, and everyone else who shares the bar, leave germs on the bar that can be transmitted to the next user. Yuch. :P On top of that there's that slimy residue to be cleaned up. Double yuch. :bs: I don't even own any bars.

I use Safegaurd bar soap and have my whole life. Its antibacterial so I don't worry about any germs and it makes me feel cleaner than body washes do.

I have been using body wash, for quite a while now!

When washing my hands I prefer soap. I guess that goes back to when I was a kid. However, body wash is great when just taking a relaxing bath.

It use body wash. It seems that old-fashioned soap might have run its course, but I do remember the days of buying nothing but Zest because, yes, it did rinse off cleanly. And I loved Ivory because it was so gentle (and it floats!).

I don't think bars of soap are really clean. I like body soap. It's also good to use as bubble bath...two uses for the price of one :icon_rr:

Liquid Ivory - love it but every now and than a yummy scent from Bath and Body Works.

i hate body wash i cant stand the feeling it leaves on ur skin. i stick with my bar of coast soap.

I use both but prefer bar soap, Irish Spring, manly, yes but I like it too. lol

Love body wash from bath and body works. Don't really like using bar soap because it is so hard to store and gets slimy.

I have ALWAYS used body wash , I remember my step dad kept a bar of soap in the shower, maybe it's a guy thing :dontknow:

Well i dont use bar soap because it leaves scum on the body but i will use body wash anything that has coco butter or shea butter because it moisten or replemish the body and it also smells good.

I have used body wash in the past I just tend to forget to buy it at the store. So, I tend to use Dove bar soap. It's great and doesn't leave a nasty film on your body afterwards like some brands do.

I prefer body wash but my husband uses bar soap. He's had all kinds of skin problems so we're afraid to experiment much with him.

Like most of us I grew up on a bar of soap. My tendency was to always grab for it. My sister one day was chatting to me about her and her boyfriend both preferring body wash. She was telling me she felt cleaner with it. So I went out and bought myself some. I prefer using the body was with one of those scrubby things that hangs from a string. It seems the tub and surround don't get all gunked up by using body wash too. Now my husband and son even use men's body wash.

I use body wash, I find that soap dries my skin out and then there is that yucky feeling that the bar leaves behind, I never feel clean if I use the bar.

I like soap, but I currently have so much bodywash that I usually use that. Bodywash appears to be a popular gift.

I like them both! Lately I use the body wash more than soap! ;D

I use both, but I prefer homemade Goat's Milk Soap. GoatsMilkStuff.com has some of the best kind!! It comes in lots and lots of different smells including popular ones like lovespell. A bar of their soap will make an entire room smell nice!

I love using body wash for the way it makes my skin feel, but use bar soap, too. Just love my Irish Spring!

I use body wash when I take a shower and soap when I take a bath. I don't know why, it's just something I've done for years.

I use both, but I use more body wash than soap. There are more diverse scents with body washes.

I only use bath gel, bar soap leaves my skin feeling dry.

I like the Axe bodywash.

I like vegetable gelatin soap it leaves my skin feeling fresh and my skin can breathe after I use it. I do not like body wash it goes too fast and costs too much and leaves a film on my skin I find very uncomfortable. I find my soap has literally kept me from having problem skin for years. I guess different things work well on different people. :cat:
