You could make Jambalaya, or gumbo.

My,hubby(RIP)was from New Orleans & he cooked the best Jambalaya, gumbo,dishes & anything Cajan cooking that rivals the New Orleans Cajan dinners! Mmmmmm, yammmmy! :thumbsup:

I'm tempted to put up that clip from Forest Gump when Bubba tells me all the different ways to cook shrimp! ;D Alas, I don't think FC would let me!
