Anyone know anything about back links and how to get them to ur site. I'm about to start a site and would love some help. Might even pay a little if Someone is really good at developing sites thanks

There are lots of way to get them, like sharing links with other bloggers.  The easiest way is to find blogs that relate to yours but are not actually competitors.  If you are allowed to leave your website and a comment that will give you backlink.  However, I have read articles that say that will help your Google rank and some that say it won't.  Also, some of the blog comments are set up as - do not follow, so those won't help you.  I also have heard not to build them too quickly or you will get penalized.

You can also make some YouTube videos and link to your site in the description.  Same thing with Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

You might want to check out Fiverr to help you with back links.
