So, the 'all things in moderation' implication was too subtle?

I've got a very optimistic friend who once said, "Imagine the (brief) tan you could get if a nearby star went supernova!"

I love it when it is sunny, so we can appreciate the rain.

We've had so little sun so far this year I've almost forgotten what you can do when it shines.  Looks like this weekend will be our first days in the 70s. :notworthy: :notworthy:

Pull weeds in the flower beds, plant some perennials, relax in my rocking lawn chair and just enjoy the wonderful day that God has given me.

Sounds like a lot of work, not that I'm opposed to that.  The last bit is simply your belief and isn't a supportable opinion.

Having the sun out has it's pros and cons. I definitely think that the pros outweigh the cons. The only cons would be if it is too hot and getting ugly tans. The pros are that you can have all kinds of fun outside. If I were to name just a few, I would say that you can play lots of outdoor sports, take a walk in the park, walk your dog, have a water fight, go swimming, and eat some yummy ice cream!  ;D

That would be cruel of you to do so if it scares the little kids at the beach and makes them cry.
