i see a referral with a checkmark under current referrals but no credit? if there is username he has to have signed up at least right. if so time frame to get credit

The list with the checkmarks is your list of referrals.  They have all registered on FC with you as the referrer. The credit should appear in your list of credited offers.  It should look something like this:

Referral Bonus: [Username]    2001-01-01    $1.00         XXXX

So check your credited offers for something like that.

You should get the credit when the referral verifies their email.

Do we keep earning money from our referrals or is it a one time thing?

You earn money 3 ways from referrals; the first two are one time only.

Refer a friend who confirms his/her email address: $1 bonus
Your friend completes his/her first offer: $2 bonus
Your friend cashes out: $5 bonus (each and every time they cashout - for life)

So you will get cashout referral bonuses for as long as your referral cashes out.

technically I think your referral can be show with a checkmark without you getting credited.
