Title: Vegetarian/Vegan Recipes???

Any vegetarians/vegans out there? I'm getting a little bored of eating the same thing over and over and I was wondering if any of you had any stellar recipes you might wanna share? (I've completely exhausted the PETA Cookbook!) Thanks muchly!!

Unlimited salad if you cut the grass and empty the clippings in a bowl  ;D

Seriously, there is a good vegan cookbook called Veganomicon.  We break it out when we have to cook for vegan friends that come over for dinner on occasion.
