what does this mean . i have a paypal account but i don't know if its verified. been using it for almost 2 years

To verify your account, you have to go and add either your savings/checking account or credit card to it. Basically all it does is allow you to purchase from more sites (like iTunes is a big one I know of) and you can withdraw more than $500 a month.

what JmClark said is correct. add a bank account.
