My wife uses that lavender aromatherapy stuff, does it work?  I never get an honest answer from her on that!  I think it is just a way to spend more money!  However, if it works for youor her, then go for it!

Remember the days when you could go to work for 8 hours after only 2 or 3 hours of sleep?  Last night I had way to much coffee.  We're in the middle of a move so once the kids were in bed I hopped online.  Next thing I new I was 3 cups of coffee down and it was 3:00 a.m.  I came across a walgreens e-mail - went through there online circular along with Target and Walgreens and my coupons so I could take my son to Target for a lunchable for his field trip.  I finally went to bed at 3:30.  I'm still wired; but boy is my brain calling for some sleep.

But then, once you get old enough to retire, you also get old enough to not be able to sleep through the night  ;D ;D

I'm finally sleeping at night on a regular basis. My normal routine is to sleep during the day and be up at night. Just because that's when my body wants me to go to sleep. It's been a pain to readjust 'cause all I want to do is stay up at night.

I would love to have a massage right about now.  Legs are sore from running, so I need to find someone to give me one.  hehe  I am looking forward to curling up in bed and watching a movie tonight, though.  :)

Who says it has to be night to sleep? I have nowhere to go and all day to get there, so taking a nap a couple times a day is normal for me. In fact I just had a short snooze after dinner and just got up.

I LOVE to sleep.
I'm only 21 and I sleep all the time. Probably too much...I know...but I love it!

I used to sleep all the time also but then my friends would make fun of me!  (That is what friends are for, right?)  Now it turns out some 20 years later that I found out that I had MS all along!  NOW, it all makes sense and I can sleep without being bothered by this desire to sleep away the day! (LOL)  But remember: To much sleep may be your bodies way of saying that there is something there!  If you crave more then 10 jours a day, maybe that is a precurser for something more!

But then again... maybe not!  Just be aware of it.

I have not slept at night since age 8.  I worked midnight shift for 25 years.  I go to bed around 11am and get up between 6 and 8pm depending how I feel that day and every once in a while I sleep just few hours lol.

I love the relaxation, energy and rejuvenation that comes from a good 7-8 hours of sleep!

It's very important. I agree. I enjoy it now while I am young.
