Recipe for Potatoes fried rice
2 cup rice
2 large Potatoes peeled and diced
1 medium onion peeled and chopped
5 tbs cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 seed of black pepper
How to cook the Potatoes fried rice
Wash rice and soak it in a pot. Heat the oil and fried the onion over medium heat when onion are dark brown turn off the heat and splash water on the onion add the potatoes, salt and black pepper.
Stir it and add 4 cups of water cover the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes over medium heat when potatoes are tender add rice and let it cook for few minute keep checking when the water is absored lower the heat and sever and enjoy
