Honestly, I kinda do what I did when I was a kid and get a whole bunch of friends together and go out bowling or something fun and then get dinner. 

What's great is to do something strange like crazy bowling.  It's kinda like playing Horse as in someone decides how you must bowl for that frame and everyone tries to bowl that way.  Or if you want to do something cheaper, board games are a fun way.  Get games that can be interactive like pictionary or charades.  Mad Libs is another good one as well as Pit (it allows you to be loud).

Just because you are older doesn't mean you have to outgrow things.
