Title: $15 offer to cash out ??????????

question does anyone know what they mean by $15  of which you want to cash out must be from offers

Does this mean you have to do offers as well as comments to cash out.  Offers that use your card I seldom do.   :dontknow:

anything other than referrals or bonuses.

freebies, cc offers, daily/survey offers are part of the $15.

Comments are a bonus. They are not a requirement to cash out and do not count as part of the $15.

They just want you to do the surveys and offers more - that's how they get paid and we all want to be paid

Its too bad FC do not have enough offers where you can make the money without being told you do not qualify for the survey, which has happened to me a lot, which is very frustrating. :BangHead:
