How to get cash to shop to earn section?

Well you have to buy something, by clicking on a link then you get cashback.

All you need to do is go to the FC Mall before you shop online. Go through their list of vendors and select the one you wish to shop. Clicking the FC Mall link to that store opens a tracking ticket of sorts so FC basically gets a referral for you shopping that store and a percentage of your total is passed on to you.
If you return the products purchased, you will not receive credit from the FC mall.

can we shop from every store, such as walmart, or just the store on the lists?

Most of them only apply to shopping done online so you would have to be ordering at Walmart.com and right now the cashback is only .2% that is 2/10th's of 1 percent not 20% so for every $100 you would get 2 cents back. So if you spent $1000 you would get $2 back it might make sense if you have a large purchase to make and you can order it online with their site to store option and then pick the item up at your local store. But it does not appear that you can just go into the store and then submit receipts to earn the reward. Hope that helps. And don't forget if you return the item the cash back is reversed also and sometimes a month or two later.

You can only shop at stores listed in the FC Mall for credit. Walmart.com is a listed retailer

I may do some christmas shopping from here and see if there are any good deals.
