The reason you can't find it is because it's not allowed, sorry. Your only other option is to contact them off the forum.

As said, I might be wrong but I thought that when I first joined, there was a way to send messages through FC to other members. I never tried it. It is possible that I have another site confused with FC. You would probably know better than me.
