Title: Favorite Animal

My favorite animal is cats. They are so cute and cuddly.

I collect elephant figurines and have done so for many years. As far as a animal as a pet, I would have to choose a dog. Always had dogs growing and now as an adult. Just had to have my last dog put to sleep in January. Renting a place to live is very difficult when you have a pet, so not sure if I will get another dog or not.

Post by: jwallbank on August 22, 2012, 04:31:41 pm: I like cat's also!! The reason I like cat's is that they are much more independant than Dog's, as long as you leave them enough food, water and clean litter. You could go for a day or two and leave a cat alone.

I would like to have a dog, but I work 50+ hours a week and don't feel it is fair to keep a dog locked in the house all day. I currently have a cat, since they basically take care of themselves. When I get home from work we spend a lot of petting and playing time. I also enjoy having fish. It's nice to watch them for a while. We also had a bunny when I was growing up and I would like to have another one eventually. I guess that doesn't narrow it down to a favorite... But I like them all!

Post by: lbryanwf on September 09, 2012, 07:35:03 pm: As far as pets...got to be cats! Wonderful semi wild creatures! Sweet and loving to us in the house, but deadly hunters at heart! Mine can never go outside, so I provide them with hunting simulators, like moving cat toys, and the laser light. I know if I did let them out, they would bring dead critters to my doorstep. That can never be bred out of them, even though they are sweet and affectionate toward us.

My boyfriend of 10 years got a dog shortly after we started dating and when
we moved in together we had to comingle our animal family. The best way to
describe it was that "It was interesting" LOL

I now am on our 2nd dog and just love him to death.

So my favorites are now dogs as well as my cute cuddly cats.
