Title: Did you know that when it comes to vitamins

you are supposed to dump one vitamin into the cap, not your hand, because if you accidently dump more than one into your hand and have to put it back it's not good for the other vitamins  :)

It is in case you did not have clean hands and then contaminate the other pills and if you have a cold virus on your hand then you may continue to reinfect yourself each time you take a pill. Wash your hands often for fewer colds. :)

That makes sense however it is something I probably will keep in mind but won't worry to much about since I wash my hands b4 I eat anywhy and that is when I take my daily pills. :wave: :peace:
