I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I had requested a cashout, had my phone number/identity/etc confirmed, the cashout displayed as "approved", then it went away and I have had to re-request it. Now it's showing as "pending" all over again. Have any of you had this happen?

I haven't but did your total drop below $25 for some reason, the cashout amt?

It sounds like you may have been denied an offer and your cashout balance dropped below $25 or your offer balance dropped below $15. I would make sure you have a few extra dollars in offers, so if one offer gets denied, your whole cashout won't get denied.

There was an offer that was denied (still trying to find out why - I did use the sponsor's service), but the remaining balance was well over the $25 needed to cash out. This is my first cash-out, just not a "comforting" way to start out. If no one else has had this experience I guess I'll just chock it up to a one-time "glitch in the system." Thanks everyone for your responses.

Have you cashed out again already? If not look and see if your offers balance was over $15. That was probably the case. I'm assuming this was your first cashout and you got at least $8 in bonuses when you signed up and maybe some more for other things, so maybe that offer being denied took you under your $15 offer balance.

Your cashout was removed automatically (and an email notification sent) when the denial caused your cashout amount to drop below $25. This occurs regardless of your account balance or "available" offers.
The system does not add offers from your account balance to the cashout in this case, nor in any other case. The only way to add offers to a cashout is to cancel it and re-request.
I'm sorry for the trouble this caused you but we are unfortunately at the mercy of advertisers (they pay the bills) and some choose to deny a small percentage (<5%) of completions.

this is why when I cashout I like to have 20 in offers that way if a few of them get revoked I am still covered and over the 15 minimum needed
-
 i guess iam lucky i have never had an offer revoked. better luck next time. do not discouraged as this is a great site to earn extra money. have a great day!!!

I have never seen anything like that before. Make you should contact support staff.

i agree, wait until you at least have 20 or 25 in offers

Most likely something reversed on you. It appears Admin actually confirmed that for you. I had it happen to me once after being here for a few months. I had done an online purchase with a vendor who also gives credit for shopping however, I had also used a promotional coupon and when it came time for them to pay Fushion Cash they declined it since I had used the coupon. The savings from the coupon were far greater than the small rebate (credit) I was receiving towards my FC payout. My only real issue was that the notice came after I had requested my cash out on the last day of the month and it put me under and then I could not receive the payout and had to wait until the next month. It kind of goofed me up in my monthly rolling earnings cycle, but I have pretty much gotten back on track again. It is a good sign if you have earned enough to request the cash out again and that it is showing as pending. You may want to recheck the timing so that you are not surprised if it pushed your payout day into the following month and then you are wondering what happened. Don't be discouraged, it can happen at any time to anyone and it is unfortunate but not the end of the world.

I think that you're right, the $15 offer balance requirement was no longer met when the offer was denied. At least not all is lost. Now, you can cashout next month and get a bigger check. In the future, try to have the offer balance $16-18 if you have surveys or other big dollar offers.

it's ok. things happen, and i'm sure your not the only one this has happened to. Don't give up, this is really a great site

That has not happened to me but I have had a survey completed and then had it taken away.
