Title: paid consumer

I just signed up for the paid consumer very easy, credits very quickly .50 just entered my information then it to me to another screen to sign up for other survey sites. I didn't sign up for any of them just clicked at the button where it said click and it went to next screen I was done came back to fusion cash and my credit was there

PaidConsumer 2012-09-19  $0.50 Approved

Yes it appears Fusioncash pays for the work you do.

No, FC pays members for completed offers after the company offering them pays FC.  There are bonuses paid by FC but, these aren't for "work" done, (they can be referral, contest or promotional bonuses).
