When is the last time you had a vacation and where did you go? Me, I haven't had a real vacation since the mid eighties, we flew out to Colorado. Beautiful state. But since then I haven't really been anywhere, boring. Oh well. :peace:

I haven't had a real vacation since 2007. With all the financial problems I have had lately it hasn't been possible. Looking forward to that changing soon. Then I will definitely be booking a much needed vacation.

I take a vacation ever year. In April I went to Dominican Republic. In August I went to Spain. I had another 2 weeks off in September for my birthday and wanted to go somewhere but I didn't. Oh well. I might go to Hawaii in December. When I have enough time off I travel. I love to travel and thankfully I work in the travel industry so it's easy and cheap for me to do.

Yes had a great vacation, went to New Orleans to the Essence Festival what a great time.

Oh my me and my family just had a vacation in june. It was awesome. We went to lake erie and went to the great wolf lodge. That place was amazing for the kids and for me and my husband. We also took the ferry over to put-in-bay and spent the whole day there. It rained and thundered and when this happens try riding in a gulf cart it was awesome. We laughed so hard we go soaked while driving. I would suggest a vacation at put-in-bay. Amazing place to go. :thumbsup:

Traveled a minimum of three times a year for business with my former home based business. Most of those business trips were also mini vacations and some were full vacations. Went to places like Baltimore, MD, they have great sea food. Las Vegas, went to take a class, first time I was there and that far west. OKC in Oklahoma, was in their new basketball stadium. St. Louis, MS, saw the Golden Arches! NYC, been there many times but this was nicer in different hotels I always saw from outside. And many more places. Never won any sales trips, or I would have had trips outside of the US. Picked that business somewhat by accident; talking to a lady at "Good Will" store (it is like the Salvation Army store) one day in 2005. Starting another home based business with some of my FusionCash money. Start one yourself, business trips can be a tax write off. My last real vacation was last Christmas with my in-laws. My husband and I can't go anywhere alone with our daughter because we don't make enough money. But we're okay with this vacation situation.

We had a 6 day labor day weekend at a cabin up north. It was awesome.

I haven't been able to get away for over two years now when I attended my family reunion in West Virginia. One of the best vacations was in 2006 when some of my family and I went to Virginia Beach, although I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel that I stayed in overlooked the water. I do plan to save up to travel next year.

The last time I went on vacation was 3 years ago. I have had vacation time off since then but stayed at home. I was off last week for another one but I made 600 fried peach pies to sell at craft show next weekend. I worked harder for my self then I did for Walmart. But it will pay off in the end. I will still have 4 days vacation I am going to take next spring. Hope I can take a short trip then but will see how my money is. A real vacation...almost 10 years ago, but we go on short weekend getaways with the kids. But now that they are getting older and easier to travel with, I'm saving for a nice family vacation. one of the reasons I do FC and other sites is that all of the money I earn goes into the vacation fund.

Our last vacation was in March of 2009.
We usually go around that time every year but I had multiple eye surgeries starting in December 2010 and
could not fly for a while .. hopefully we will be able to afford one next year.

Last vacation for me has been more than seven years but since I got my newest job full time and great paying job, that will change here pretty soon. I think I'll begin with a little weekend getaway in the mountains.

Me and my husband will have a vacation this last week of October, i'm looking forward for that and I know we will going to enjoy :)

The last time my family and I took a vacation was back in 2004 when my wife,daughter and I went to the philippines for a month.

Last time I had a vacation...um... I cannot remember. My kids were small to when to Philly for a family reunion and my kids are grown with kids of their own, but if the Lord spare my life, we plan on taking a real vacation in the near future. :wave:

I had my last one in 2000. We went to Virginia,to drop daughter off to college. Visited Georgia, North & South Carolinas on the way. That's a long time ago. I sure could use one right about now, lol:)

:wave: i live in vegas so every day is like a vacation. but that being said the last time i went on vacation from here was 10 years ago and all i did was visit my father and sister in va. wow real exciting lol. no really did enjoy seeing them

Last week we got back from New England where we visited Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine for 10 days. Ate Lobster until it came out our ears and saw lots of history unfolded for us. In December we will have another one to Las Vegas and next spring it's off to Charlotte, NC for a week. Last July I went fishing in Alaska for a week and we had a week at the beach in Long Beach Washington around the fourth. I think maybe I need a vacation from taking vacations.

Just went on vacation in Sept. Took a 5 day cruise to the Bahamas with my daughter. ;)

3 weeks ago, took a driving tour through the northern part of the state, N.M. The mountains were beatiful. Went to the last indian pubelo that i had not been too and there were great. So now i have been to every point of the state , all of the state parks and national parks and everything in between. I can truly say our state is beatiful even with drought.

It's been awhile for me. I went to the Bahamas for a week back in the 80s. Now it seems like all I do is work and still don't have enough to get by.

Labor Day week we went to Williamsburg Va. It the type of place you can you to several times and not see the same thing. Lots of history.
A few weeks ago we spent a weekend at the Delaware Beaches. Weather was great for mid September.

i have not had a vacation sence my sister was told she had lukemia 5 yrs ago but passed away almost 2 yrs ago...I miss her so much

Back in the summer of 92, we was hoarding up them cattles all summer long until one evening at the dinner table grandpa anounced he would take us on a vacation back to his home town, Santa Fe so we was all hollered up ready to go and by the next morning we left. What a vacation that was..

2 years ago :( I went to mexico with my mom or my primas quincenera. From then till now Just cities in Cali.. i know boring as well. but thanks to ALOT of sacrifice i get to go to Mexico... again (lol I shouldn't complain because cuz i actually get to leave the country jeje)

The last time we had a good vacation was in July when we went to the Oregon coast at Seaside Oregon and we stayed at Wyndham condominium there on Seaside most of our family got to come down and spend the week with us there! It was a lot of fun for the first two days my son come down with you girlfriend within minutes after he left my daughter and her three kids come down and we spent the time together then they had to go home then my son from her recent
