Title: what kind of car do you drive
Post by: aggie49 on October 11, 2012, 01:21:49 pm: i drive a 2003 chevy cavilier but have been looking at new cars i want a hybrid but my guy wants a sports car he loves the eclispe im a chevy girl have never owned anything else so any advice i can get i thank you for it

Post by: joyroos18 on October 11, 2012, 03:22:51 pm: i have a rav4 2007, only has about 18k miles on it because i seldom drive . i love it. my last car was a 1999 toyota carolla, sry if i didnt spell that right. it only had 47k miles in 2007 when this lady decided talking on her cell phone was more important than running all over me, she totalled it. please put down your cell phones when you drive.

Post by: lbryanwf on October 11, 2012, 05:34:18 pm: I just got a 202 Chevy Cruze and I love it! I have on star with directions and connections so I dont need a GPS, and I have the on star app on my i phone. It lets me unlock the doors and start the engine. Too cool!

My front bumper was damaged so it had to be fixed. The driver that caused the accident ran a red light and my son in law t-boned her. Anyway I got my car fixed, it was gold but since it needed to be painted I went ahead and changer the color. It is now pearl grey. I love the new look.

My younger bro just bought Honda family car the one w/gps & the tv in the back for the kids. My older sis, just traded in her BMW for a 1yr old new/used BMW kind of like the Honda family car but a bit smaller. Me, it looked like a gangster car...lol!

You & your guy, try compromising on something different! :thumbsup: :wave:

I actually utilize public transportation. no insurance and gas free !!!

Post by: ejholt on November 01, 2012, 03:03:24 am: I have a 1999 ford torus and I bought it before I retired nearly 10 years ago. It was 4 years old then and I have only had it worked on 2 times. I paid cash for it because I could not afford a car payment drawing SS. But I had to get out and find another job 1 year after I retired. I could not live on SS. My car still looks good. Hope it holds up many more years. It only has 103,000 miles on it. Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.
