The Plink Offer looks enticing. Only drawback is you have to provide your CC or Debit card. I will probably try this one but will provide a re-chargeable Debit Card then link it to get free gifts.

I too have seen this offer and questioned the CC/debit card link. :dontknow:
I have seen it here and on other sites.
I do like the idea of the rechargeable card. Then there is no worries about my account info or funds being in jeopardy.
Thanks for the tip!! :cat:

Thanks for the feedback. I will look into this Plink offer. It sound interesting just by the name but I, too, do not like linking to a credit or debit card.
I have been looking into re-loadable or re-chargeable credit cards. Sounds like the Plink offer might be a good reason or excuse to research further.

I thought about this as well. I am also hesitant about linking my debit card. I decided to give a try though, but my bank isn't affiliated with them anyways. A prepaid or reloadable card would be a good a way to go, but that also brings into the question of fees for that card (such as the Green Dot Card).

Great idea to use a prepaid debit card. I hadn't thought of that. Giving out my info was also what stopped me from this offer.

I tend to stay away from offers where I have to give up too much information like phone numbers, credit card info, etc.

I looked into this and you don't have to provide your credit card number. You have to link your credit/debit online account with it though by providing your user name and password so I don't know if a prepaid or rechargeable card is going to work with this one.
Anyone have any feedback?
-
I'm very wary about anyone or any entity having access to my credit or debit card information. There is no such thing as a completely secure system that can't be hacked. Even if Plink is legitimate, there is still a possibility for unauthorized access by a third party. I will pass on this one.

If there's any doubt and you don't want to go the rechargable debit card route, you could always change your bank password. It would prevent them from accessing your information, and still get credits for shopping.
