...that they have to abstain from Facebook during the presidential debates? I find that I will like my friends (on both sides of the political spectrum) a lot better if I am not reading their running commentary.

Absolutely. I haven't logged in in weeks to avoid the political comments. (I only watch pre recorded TV shows too- so I can fast forward through the commercials.)

I mostly skip over the politcal stuff from my friends on FB. A lot of them have different ideas from mine. Meh. So it goes. They aren't going to change my mind and I don't expect to change any of theirs. So--skip the political stuff for now. Now, if they have new baby pictures to post or videos of the little ones--THAT'S a different story.

If you don't like what you're seeing on your Feed from your friends, you can go to their pages and click on UNSUBSCRIBE. You won't see any of their posts.
