Of course the standard tests to show that they are capable of such responsibility should still apply. The fact that teens are very immature causes many accidents and that is a fact.

Driving shouldn't be provoked at any age.

I also think anyone that has at least one drunk driving ticket should never be allowed to drive again, even if they do not hurt anyone or get into accident.

That's a bit harsh, don't you think? People make mistakes; they should at least be given a second chance on this...

Doubtless the OP probabaly meant "revoked" but, it was a good straight-line.

So, a 7 year-old who is good at a driving videogame should be allowed to be licensed to drive if they can pass the motor vehicle driving test?
