Couldn't even get to the point to see the terms and conditions....Is that what this is? I thought it was a survey panel for owners of smart phones?

They send you surveys via e-mail regarding cell phone issues and reward you for your participation. I only had to enter the last 4 digits of my cell phone number. Just thought everyone would like to know. ;)

Just checked and I still get the error message through FC. Had to join through another link somewhere else.
