Title: completed offers

are the daily offers, like the amp, and 2cents, and horoscope, offers that count as completed offers toward your $15 that you must make before you are allowed to cash out?  I looked around the site but couldn't find the answer I was looking for.  Sorry, if I posted in wrong place.

I'm pretty sure those count toward your $15. I think that rule is mostly stating that you can't cashout on merely refferals.

I just received my first payout.  Since last month I have not been credited for  -  smart spin ( ordered 3/6), posting for April, picture of my payout for March, Neilson, 2009 entertainment book( ordered).  Support was NO help.  They said wait 1 month - it has been two months for smart spin..  Has anyone else had this problem. Any solutions?
