Title: how do you get referals

My suggestion would be if you run out of friends, get into some online groups and make new ones. It might work best if the groups you join have something to do with making money online. I can tell you that traffic exchanges are full of people who want to make money online and most of them are failing.

I don't really know anyone and of the few people I tried to refer only one actually confirmed (but I don't think they've been active). Other people either haven't bothered signing up or they signed up without using my link so I don't get any 'credit' from their activity.

I don't have any myself, but use your 'signature' line. Do you have twitter or Facebook? I believe you can put it on them.
