Title: work schedule and holidays

It seems like when you have a job and get a day off for the holiday(s), there is twice the amount of work to be done when you return.
(*) Post Office
(*) apartment complex with housekeeping service
Sometimes, work piles up without you're being there.

I had the holidays off but my sister had surgery so I took off to take care of her, New Year so it is back the work we go.

If the work got done without anyone being there, it wouldn't bode well for job security :)
