Title: Hispanics Only Research Panel & Android Device Owner Community

I swear this is like the 5th time I'm seeing both of these panels in my "FC Surveys", even after signing up.  This is giving me the impression that I can sign up to them again, but I'm just not sure so I keep putting them in my ignore list.

Have any of you done it more than once and is it okay??

I really do not think it's advisable to do it more than once considering that if an advertiser complains later, an already issued credit may be revoked.

I have seen the android one several times and tried it once but could not get the app to load on my phone, which is a bit goofy since we can't do too much on here by way of a cell phone but then we have to switch over to our smart phone to download whatever it is that they want us to use.
